To the PRC and the people of Cuba

To the leaders of the Republican Party of Cuba at all levels, we direct you to intensify the organization and instruction on how to act to take power in the next uprising, which is sure to happen; what must be done is public and you have it in your hands.

We suggest that other organizations do the same; be prepared.

To the families of political prisoners and to the people we say: organize yourselves. I'm not asking that it be our organization; it can be any of the existing ones, or create new ones. What cannot happen is that in the next uprising there are more prisoners. It has to culminate in the seizure of power by the sovereign, which is the people.

Every municipality needs a plan for taking power. The Republican Party of Cuba has one; those who don't like ours can adopt the one they understand best. The important thing is that it leads them to success.

Last June 11th we didn't take power because we weren't organized and didn't know what to do, but we've learned our lesson.

Tyranny is a figment of the imagination without popular support; they have no leaders, only opportunists, corrupt individuals, mentally and viscerally deficient people without commitment, battered organizations of ignorant people, and that garbage was what won the battle on July 11th; it will not be repeated, we have already learned.

To the exiles, prepare your plan; there is no justification for surprises. The uprising is a fact; the chaotic conditions that led to 11-J have deepened.

To the Cuban Army, in this war declared by the tyrant, the people are sacred.

The dictatorship declared war on the people on July 11th, so we are at war and we are sure that we will triumph!
