The Republican Party of Cuba celebrates its anniversary by distributing leaflets in central locations across the island.
The Republican Party of Cuba is celebrating the 17th anniversary of its founding this September 2nd, distributing leaflets in central locations across the island, Ramón Zamora , president of the opposition organization in Holguín, told Radio Televisión Martí.
On the seventeenth anniversary of the organization's founding, "we have been demonstrating to the dictatorship that a group of dissenting civilians continue to demand from the regime that we want a new Cuba, a republican Cuba," Zamora celebrated.
The Republican Party of Cuba distributes leaflets in central locations on the island.
In the leaflets distributed in various regions of the island, the activists made demands for freedom to produce, distribute and market "our products, as well as requesting that permanent property titles be given to all agricultural producers, and freedom for political prisoners," Zamora explained.
