PRC's position on the new Cuba-USA scenario

Havana, Cuba. (PRC) - The Republican Party of Cuba does not feel betrayed by the signing of the new agreements between the Cuban dictator, representing the military regime in Cuba, and the highest representative of the US executive branch. He was never our ally, nor a defender of our people; our interests and ideologies are diametrically opposed. Neither consulted their people, the supposed beneficiaries, those harmed, or the victims of such actions.

There is no betrayal, see the videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gpar1wwT24 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1FoZyRIDFE has been consistent with his words.

We Cubans feel betrayed since the kidnapping of our people by the military regime upon its rise to power and the destruction of the nation, and by many Cubans supposedly defenders of freedom, including some who should be our natural allies because of their apparent ideology.

For the Republican Party of Cuba, the political, economic, and social situation of the people will not change. We do not believe the military regime with its history of lies and broken promises, and it is obvious from their actions that the interests of the USA and ours are not the same.

The message to the world is, kidnap Americans, there's a chance they can blackmail us.

Freedom and human rights were not taken into account.

Our goal: Freedom, prosperity, and happiness for our people.

Our ideology:

Convinced that multiparty politics with free elections in the pursuit of government power, which is based not on the majority but on the law, without detriment to the rights of minorities and governing for all, we advocate a secular state with independent executive, legislative, and judicial powers, and we favor the presidential form of government. This experience has been the most ethical form of governance in the Western civilization to which we belong and is part of our line of principles.

We defend the free market, a small state that acts as the arbiter of society, representing and responding to its needs. We uphold respect for freedom, the right to individual development, and the empowerment of all people, regardless of race, religion, political beliefs, sex, or disability. We believe that a society based on humanism should not allow its most vulnerable members to live in misery, but rather to be protected by the state and given the opportunity for a dignified and happy life.

The Republican Party of Cuba firmly believes in a republic whose fundamental basis is the rule of law and will work tirelessly to translate these principles into the thinking of society, in order to develop national pride, equal justice, advocacy for human rights worldwide, social decency, responsibility as individual citizens in a politically active society, and a mindset of peace with freedom. These values will result in a prosperous and modern nation integrated into today's globalized world without losing its independence and its genuine roots.

To carry it out, we based it on the following principles:

Integrity. Transparency. Reliability. Accountability. Humility. Compassion and justice. Contribution. Win-Win Diplomacy.

Any alliance with individuals or institutions of any kind to reach our goal must align with these principles; otherwise, it would indicate that the alliance is not possible because we are not on the same page.

God willing, we may be wrong; if all this leads to total freedom, we will reconsider our position.

We will triumph!

National Board of Directors.

Republican Party of Cuba.
