Regla, Havana, Cuba, May 2, 2013. (PI) - Last May 1st in the overseas town of Regla, a dozen opponents of the Castro-Communist regime marched through the streets of this municipality to celebrate a May Day without the Castros or communism.
The opposition marched from the Municipal Stadium to Mandarria Park, covering about six blocks, raising their voices in favor of Change and against the Castros and the Dictatorship. The march took place under the harassment of security and members of the Rapid Response unit, who followed them on the opposite sidewalk and incited the few people present to block their path, but it did not have the results they expected, as the people categorically refused.
As this note was being finalized, it was learned that the participants in the march were harassed at their homes by the officer who calls himself Rafael, threatening to imprison them if they carried out any other activity.
