Partial elections at the Cuban Republican Party branch in Miami

Miami, Florida – Today, March 22, the Miami Branch is holding by-elections for the vacant Branch Director and Treasurer positions.

The candidates were Dr. Wilfredo Beyra for Director and Engineer Leonger De La Rosa for Treasurer. Both were elected for a five-year term, as stipulated by the organization's regulations.

Wilfredo Beyra, a native of Palma Soriano, Santiago de Cuba, and a graduate of medicine from the Institute of Medical Sciences of Santiago de Cuba.

Leonger De La Rosa, a native of Havana City and a graduate of Industrial Engineering from the José Antonio Echeverria Higher Polytechnic Institute (ISPJAE).

These events took place during a regular meeting of the branch.
