Opposition leader faces threats of prosecution for enemy propaganda and spreading fake news

This Tuesday, February 22nd at 5:50 pm, three state security agents arrested me at my home and took me to the Criminal Processing Unit in Pedernales where they issued me a "Warning Notice" for the posts I make on social media, where they "warn" me that if I continue posting I will be prosecuted for the crimes of "Enemy Propaganda" and "Dissemination of False News".

All these processes were filmed from the moment they opened the car door, while they searched me, the medical questionnaire was done, they took me to the sealed cell, every time they took me out, while the Warning Letter was written, in short, until the moment they released me at 8:17 pm on Wednesday, February 23.

Threat or warning, the regime is showing its claws to prevent me from continuing to denounce the suffering they are inflicting on the people and to keep hidden what they want to remain secret, visible only to the victims who also want to silence their pain. Martí said that to witness a crime in silence is to commit it; silence has no name, nor will it ever. Grateful! To all the brothers and sisters who were concerned and called with interest in what was happening to me.
