Steps towards freedom.
- When the demonstration is large enough, it is possible to take over the police stations, arrest the officers and take the existing weapons, and in possession of these weapons and leaving demonstrators in charge and in charge of the police station, the next step is taken.

To avoid anarchy and its consequences, a Government of National Salvation is created:
It must be composed of elements not committed to the regime, who may be participants and leaders of the protest, representatives of opposition organizations in the municipality, representatives of existing churches, representatives of fraternal organizations such as Freemasons, Orphelus, and Knights of Light.
What must this national salvation council guarantee?
- That the health system continues to work.
- The fire department continues to operate.
- Security and order must be maintained.
- That any humanitarian aid be channeled in an orderly manner.
- It demonstrates the ability to govern responsibly.
- To represent the people internationally and be their interlocutor.
- It brings peace of mind to neighboring countries and the world.
- The duration of this National Salvation Council will be short; its objective is to prevent anarchy and guarantee basic services, after which it will give way to a transitional government until the conditions exist for free and democratic elections.
There are a number of aspects planned after the takeover of power that are not mentioned in order not to lengthen what is imperative at this moment.
A permanent message to members of the military and career officers: do not point your weapons at the people to defend a murderous family in power. The henchmen with blood on their hands will answer to the courts, and so will those who give the orders. What the ruling mafia family intends is to compromise them in their defense.
International relations should develop in accordance with the position that countries take regarding the overthrow of tyranny.
The tyranny has fallen, it must be buried.
