My message is for my country, my land, my beloved people, and the brave souls who are not afraid to demand what is rightfully theirs: Freedom. My message is a call to action for all those inside and outside the country who are tirelessly fighting for the freedom of political prisoners and prisoners of conscience in Cuba.
It is forbidden to abdicate in the face of an illegal, corrupt, terrorist, and bloodthirsty regime that uses all its forces to sow terror and fear among an unarmed people submerged in hunger and misery for 64 years now, with its fraudulent laws, none of which are in favor of the Cuban people. Laws that, despite being illegal and cruel, do not blind us, nor silence us, and certainly do not change our political principles and ideals. We stand up and raise our voices with our heads held high against such injustice.
On Sunday, July 11, 2021, we were hunted down and arrested in the cruelest way, like wild animals: beaten, mistreated, and humiliated as if we were the worst kind of people, simply for taking to the streets to demand what is rightfully ours. Shortly after, we faced a trial that was more of a circus... manipulated, where our evidence, defenses, and words were dismissed and trampled underfoot, as if they were worthless, everything against us. We were given the harshest sentences, labeled as if we were traffickers, terrorists, murderers, or criminals. Since then, it has been a fierce struggle to survive in their terrorist prisons, where we live day to day with psychological and physical torture, treated like criminals or worse. Prisons that reflect their lack of humanity and conscience, where, as if everything we had already endured wasn't enough...
But brothers, nothing's wrong, and if something is, it's not much, because we, those of us who don't fear them and confront them, are indestructible and immortal in the face of their lies disguised in sheep's clothing. We were the drop of dignity that was needed to refute them before the entire world, and with all the dignity we proudly inherit from our heroes. By the way, the best throughout true history—not the distorted version—whom I dare to mention with all due respect, are: Félix Varela, Juan Gualberto Gómez, and our overlooked José Martí Pérez, the greatest physician of the tireless souls of his homeland's freedom. We also know that political prisoners in Cuba represent an ace up the sleeve of the illegal and corrupt misgovernment, bankrupted by debt, of the communist Castros along with their dinosaurs, mummies, and puppets—"a complete horror movie"...
FOR ALL THESE REASONS WE DEMAND.
Do not abdicate, negotiate, engage in dialogue, much less sign blackmail deals with the terrorist dictatorship that rules in Cuba.
A strong embrace of resistance from one of the communist terrorist prisons in Cuba.
Homeland, Life and Liberty.
Laws are made by men, justice is made by God.
